Info for Artist Recruitment

Hey, gang. With the rough draft deadline looming and artist claims going live shortly thereafter, I'd like to ramp up (pun intended) artist recruitment. With multifandom big bangs, recruiting artists at the outset can be a little difficult because there's no guarantee that a fandom they are in will be featured. But now that our lovely authors should know what they're writing, recruitment should be easier.
